In general it was a good experience. I asked for all the paperwork to be ready as I did not want to spend a lot of time signing the paperwork. It was not ready when I got there. I also was not provided a list of the documents that I needed to bring, so I had to figure out how to get them and another document needed to be sent later. Finally, there were text messages back and forth that I would have 90 days before my first payment was due and then once I got to the signing of paperwork it was only 45. I showed the finance folks the text messages back and forth and the solution was "It was a miscommunication."

Purchased a new Jetta SE from Jack Ingram VW. The purchase process was very easy, no hassle, and a no pressure atmosphere. My salesman, Jessie was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and most of all very patient allowing me to test drive several Jettas by myself, so I could really get a feel for the car. Patrick the sales manager worked with me and got the OTD price I was after. Overall a fantastic experience.

Cory and the rest of the gang at VW of Montgomery went above and beyond for my husband and I! Took my Tiguan in and had my car back within a couple days! They were awesome and made sure my little Tiguan was back on the road in no time! Joe, the salesman also spoke with us while we were waiting and we may be trading in my Tiguan for a 2024 Atlas.
